SCOPE OF PROTECTION KOMATSU WHEEL LOADER WA 100 ACCORDING TO BGI 833 and DGUV 201-027

The front of the Komatsu wheel loader WA100 cabin is equipped with a protective shell screwed in front of the front mask. The complete front receives a superior protective mask made of armored steel (8mm steel). An armored pane is placed on the mask in the frame, which can be set up to clean the original pane. The PSV-Shield protective armor can be easily assembled / disassembled within 1-2 hours. The windscreen wipers can continue to function normally with an adapter.

Optionally, the windscreen can be designed with heating!
The front of the cabin is completely protected in bulletproof class B6.
The armor frame covers the front completely up to the base plate.
The floor plates are replaced by custom-fit armor plates.

The front of the Koamtsu PC210 cab is equipped with an armored frame (8mm steel) into which the 39mm thick armored glass (class B6) is glued. This sits between the A-pillars and the glass is bent in one piece. The frame bolts to the cabin and replaces the original front windows (this can be retrofitted).

Optionally, the windscreen can be designed with heating!
The front of the cabin is completely protected in bulletproof class B6. The front protection grille can still be installed.
